More or Less" Ordering info can be found: http://www.brendalibbymusic.com or on the J Bar H Rodeo fanpage~ "CRAZY...More or Less" finished in the TOP 10 category for Traditional Album of the 2011 year w/the Western Music Association! The 12 originals songs from Brenda Libby are being played on Western programs & AM & FM stations across America, including Range Radio, www.defenersoffreedomradio.com, Deming Radio in New Mexico & KS95 in Versailles, Mo~ i could continue to keep up the mindless blather that was listed here before...but, alas, it was makin' me tired! i write Songs. i think Songs. i am a Nama! That is my bucketlist today and tomorrow... and all the tomorrows after that. When it says "Libby, Libby, Libby, on the lable, lable, lable...she probably learned lotta songs aroun' the white enamel kitchen table"...Yep! Always a people watcher and a sensitive soul, Brenda knows she will most likely die, barefoot & knee-deep, in a field of her own music! After living many years in the Winds of Wyoming and near the blackberry covered barb wire fences of Missouri, Brenda now resides in the Black Hills of South Dakota...but the 'tracks of her tears' can be traced down every dusty trail & honesuckled pathway she has investigated! Influences
In Songwriting: Willie Nelson, Wayne Carson, Sonny Throckmorton, Bill Anderson, Byron Hill, James Taylor, Vince Gill, Michael Martin Murphey & Ed Bruce & Gretchen Peters. I just love music period! My Mom was a Patti Page style Big Band singer and excellent yodeler. My Dad taught me every Western song he knew. -
Sounds Like
Me, myself & i...as i have a tendency to want to sing harmony to myself.

Dropping into wish you a Great weekend. Hope all is going well. Best wishes.
How can I sit still when a tear runs down this face, for I always know when it’s raining at your place? When the dust won’t settle because they trample under feet all those things that make you priceless to me, how can I sleep? When that smile has left your side and the dancing shoes packed away, though I am in my quiet place, in my quiet place I cannot stay. For beautiful has a way with words that only the heart can speak and beautiful is this precious soul… this precious soul I keep. I will not turn or stumble along these broken seams until you have finally reached all your amazing dreams.
Have an awesome weekend
i keep reaching upward to those dreams!! And, sending our well wishes to all who have prayed for me. it's been a rough year or so...but, i am back & FULL FORCE. My CRAZY cd as a TOP10 contender, 2011, in the Western Music Association. Check out: www.youtube.com/spencercreekgal
I heard a little voice today, had traveled from afar, over land and oceans deep just to touch this heart. So I closed my eyes and took it in, breathed in every word. My soul was shaken in its place from the very thing it heard. How can beautiful be bought with a price, or precious be labeled by man? You cannot see the whispered words rolling off the tongue of your friend. And when the skies are painted fresh from laughter splashing true, fully embrace this dance I give… I am dancing just for you.
Have the greatest weekend ever!! ,,
One whispered breath carries me on the wind of this precious thought that lives within. It isn’t in the reflection of the broken glass I see, but the shine from the resilience of each fragile piece. For I am drawn to conclusion and this I know, the world sees the scars you made but I have seen your soul. I look through your tears and live on the smile that stretches across your face when the world tries to kill you but you don’t give it place. Beauty for beauty which no one has seen as they trample underfoot in the shallow streams. But one whispered breath, spoken sweet, swept me into this precious heart I keep.
thank you for being who you are
dancin' by to say hi
have a great day
