Hey! I'd love to chat with ya more...last night I literally fell asleep with the laptop on my stomach and my homework-slash-textbooks everywhere. When I woke up I looked to myself, pretty stressed out ;-p My best friend is living in Chicago and has been an executive chef, sous chef, garde manger, and down......i'm going to ask her how she got her funding to move there, seeing as how she's from Alabama...i'll letcha know, so we can fill those pockets of yours ;-p

congrats on the job.  hope you're still liking it.  things are still pretty awesome up here in washington.  the newest addition should be here in less than a month.  mean time i'm just bouncing off the walls since i'm not currently working.
