His pseudonym is Clark Davis and the profession is DJ and he started in 2008 with producing of electronic music. Them musicstyle..s are electro,minimal, dub,house but groovy. Clark David..s short Biographie . . . . . . . . . .

Clark Davis was born in 1978 in Berlin,Germany.Up until 1996 he lived in the small but beautiful village of Meck- Pomm/ Güstrow.

serves since several years as a mirror of his development. Who influenced him? Was it AC/DC or his old friend Andre Kröhnert?

In 1997 he bought his first two players( Reloop,Beltwin). Although AC/DC was his favorite band up to this point,Clark had always been interested in Electronic Music. His circle of friends from Güstrow , had at that time , been involved a bit in the scene. Through his own private partys in dark ,old room and underground locations with live acts and everything that goes along with it, Clark slid automatically into the scene as well. In the beginning he just looked over the shoulder of an old school-friend (Andre Kröhnert,Head of the crew ,www.night-drive-music.com ) and then began in Hamburg to mix on the old players himself.

There was not much time for practice – he needed a lot of time for soccer and television as well. As an enthusiastic soccer player, he was playing in the First League youth team of the F.C St. Pauli until 2002. After he received an injury on his knee he unfortunately had to stop to play soccer.

From now on, he could concentrate completely on his music. At this time he was just focusing on Djing and got his first experiences through several gigs in North-Germany.

His musicstyle has constantly changend over the years. But staying true to his values,he still doesen..t mix commercially. His preferences over the years included : steve bug , adam beyer , chris liebing , johannes heil , marco carola , stewart walker, jeff mills, kevin saunderson , thomas schumacher etc. Through mushroom magazine ,

Clark Davis found Torstens Store (KischKusch) in the "schanze" from Hamburg,where he regularly bought his records. Uk-TechTrance and Tech -House are the musical styles that can be found unified in his sound today.

Diversification was always very important for him, whereas other Djs just play four-to-the-floor sounds, he combines plenty of styles like minimal, Detroit, House, Techno, Italo-Disco, Vocal House, Tech-House, Deep House and Chill Out.

Minimalistic tracks with electronic sounds and grooving bass lines are his idea of a suitable production.

Due to his experiences within the last years and through a recommendation by Andre Kröhnert, he started his first productions in 2008. Soon he could celebrate his first results: a co-production with Mario G. was released on the netlabel Auflegware. His first solo productions was released on fach05 -VA – Treacle in 2008. In 2009 come the next productions on diffrent labels. (Fassade Records , Documenti Sonori Records )
