  • Bio

cyberCHUMP is an electro-organic duo that explores aural soundscapes of rhythm and moment. Subterrainian atmospherics give way to driving space melodies. At once a mix of science beats, ambient texture and cinematic themes. The duo works mostly separately at a distance from one another, to come together occasionally to initiate or finalize their work. Their music is guided by very little discussion as they seek to evoke a place, time or mood. Utilizing the studio as an instrument, they are multi-instrumentalists who alter and experiment with sound in order to create a place in which each piece exists. Their trend has been toward making each instrument less recongizable, as they work toward impressions and suggestions. cyberCHUMP's more overt downtempo chill is available on OM Records and Chi-Qi Records. Ambient and soundscape works are available on Spiralight and through Farfield. cyberCHUMP can befound on almost all download sites like iTunes, eMusic, etc.

I enjoyed the jazzy feel of Every 1. Learning To Breathe has a beautiful melody. I liked that drum beat in There Should Be A Sign. Take care and keep in touch, Jere
