It's all start back in the years of 1994,when the former member of the band JAN and SHIDI,begin to take seriously in expressing their talent in making music...so,to make the band dream become reallity..they started searched a bandmate to fullfill the position of bass and second guitar...at last after some time,they had found NIZAM to played 2nd guitar and ARY for bass player...After the line up completed,they started jamming and practicing almost everyday...played and produced their own music beside played a cover song from a band like MORTUARY DRAPE,NAGLFAR,OLD MAN'S CHILD,BATHORY,SAMAEL, VENOM,SODOM and many more band that had struck their heart to METAL genre...but after a while,the lineup cannot stay last,ARY had to throw away the bass position cause personal problem..and had been fill up to a more talented person called MIE...with this full comittment line-up.. DAMAQ had produced a rehearsel cassete that been tittle REHEARSEL 1996,then a single "BISIKAN REMANG SENJA"at 1997...and last material been recorded until now was a DEMO tittled 'WHISPER OF THE NIGHT WIND' that been distributed under NORTH POEM RECORD on the year of 1998....and now its almost 10 years the band been REST IN PEACE..and for the fan, the band had died..but the METAL blood that been flowed in the bandmate had awaked them..to continuing the DREAM that had been left over all this time....so await for their crushing this year.... THE DEBUT EP of DAMAQ will come for revenge!!... So WATCHOUT!!....the new line-up 2009 until now are:MIE-vocal,SIDI-2nd guitar/vocal,MINN-bass,NENZ-lead guitar,NIZAM-drum/vocal,ZAHID-keyboard... .. .. .. ..
