    Born in 1983, in Jerusalem, where I currently live. At an early age I started playing drums & after a short while I became fascinated with the guitar. My natural appeal to rhythm led me to study and compose more rhythmically complex music such as Jazz & South American music. At the age of 16, I started performing in local clubs with numerous bands in various musical styles. In 2003 I began my formal Jazz education in the Joint program of the Jerusalem Rubin Academy and Rimon College of Jazz and Contemporary music, the Israeli branch of the Berkley School of Music. During my Bachelor studies I achieved first place at the Rubin Academy Jazz Competition & was the Grand Prize Winner of the prestigious Junnesse Musical International Jazz Competition 2007. In the same year I was invited to perform at Europe's Capital of Culture Festival. Upon completing my Bachelor's degree in 2007 I wrote a 96 step program for Jazz-ear-training which led to an offer to teach this program at the Rubin Academy. Since then I completed my studies I am regularly on tour performing in different venues & festivals alongside teaching & giving master-classes country wide. Currently, I am using three guitars: Gibson Custom Wes Montgomery L-5 hollow-body guitar, Epiphone EJ- 200CE Acoustic guitar (with nylon strings) & Godin Lgx solid-body guitar. The pedals I use are: Boss loop station RC-2, Digitech Digital Reverb, Digitech Digital Delay, Boss Volume Pedal FV-300 & Ibanez Tube king Distortion (TK999) My Amplifiers are: two Fender Devil (one for the loops & one for lead) & Fender Junior Pro.
