    .... ..DAVE GOLITIN.. .......... ....An Idea....... ........ ..MUSICIAN.... .... Dave plays guitar before anything, he also plays drums, bass. Born in July 1973 in Castres ,his father is from French Guyanna and his mother from French britanny. At age 16, he is "stroke " by Jimi Hendrix, and throws himself,body and soul,into music..... He is interested by all music or more precisely by all the forms that music can take according to her cultural environment. Dave is self-taught(?), he did not follow any institutional way of learning (mostly because lack of money !) except for the year when he was a student at "Université du Maine" in 1993 where he met Olivier De Pape who was teaching jazz guitar, " it has been a wonderfull exchange, and still is today"..... Many talented musicians come to play with him, Stéphane Galland, Nelson Veras, Jean-Luc Lehr, Chander Sardjoe, Denis Guivarc'h, Maxime Zampieri, Sanne Van Hek, Fabien Eckert, Olivier Carole, J-F Adamo... .... He participates into artistical projects with Tomas Gubitsch, Toups Bebey, Jean-Jacques Avenel, Magic Malik Orchestra, Dajla + Angelo Moore (Fishbone)... plays with traditionnal musicians from Gabon, Tchad, duo with Latif Khan ( indian tabla player)....... His musical work is axed on the combination of analysis and intuition and also the meetings of musicians that determine and influence the realisation of his works. Dave has been the initiator for the musical programming of le Palais (café-concert in le Mans). From 2003 untill 2010, he has programmed hundreds of concerts, local jazz musicians, gnawa music, indian music, and great artists from today's jazz scene, Magic Malik Orchestra, Stéphane Galland, Alban Darche, Jean-Louis Pommier, Pierrick Menuau, and many other musicians known, well-known or not..... "I wanted to leave le Mans, nothing had been happening there for two years, not one concert , no place that i would call a daily place, nothing, total oblivion...then i thought to myself that i knew a lot of musicians in the area and beyond and that i should be able to do something...? ... Programming in a small place in order to create a stimulation,a place where musicians could meet again ,simply and also with an atmosphere of highly demanding musical approaches..!.. 2 days after, i step into a bar completely by chance(?), i see jazz pictures on the wall, i ask Alfonso,the owner if he likes jazz ,he replies to me that neither yes,neither no,he just does not know . At this moment,he shows a remarquable open mind ... I give there the 1rt concert 1 month later with Olivier De Pape, a true Bop guitarist, a few weeks later, a programming is launched... Many excellent musicians came and encouraged me in that action, I will name some of them: Olivier Carole, Manu Birault, Alban Darche, Pierrick Menuau, Jean-Marc Herbreteau, Fabien Eckert, Ronan Hilaireau, Jean-Louis Pommier, Christophe Lavergne, Christian D'Asfeld, Stéphane Galland, Magic Malik, Jean-Luc Lehr, Maxime Zampieri, Josef Dumoulin, Sanne Van Hek, Chander Sardjoe, Denis Guivarc'h, J-F Adamo, and i forget some...".. .. Dave has programmed a Festival "Le Boucan de Jazz" during the 2005/2006 season in a small village, Vibraye in the Sarthe. "Je voulais partir du Mans, plus rien ne s'y passait depuis 2 ans, pas un lieu de concert que j'appellerai du quotidien, rien, le marasme total... puis je me suis fais la réflexion que je connaissais énormément de musiciens dans la région et au delà et que je devais pouvoir faire quelque chose...? ... Programmer dans un petit lieu pour créer une émulsion, un endroit où les musiciens pourraient se rencontrer à nouveau tout simplement et aussi dans une atmosphère d'exigence musicale..!.. 2 jours après, j'entre dans un bar complètement par hasard(?), je vois des photos de jazz aux murs, je demande à Alfonso s'il aime le jazz il me répond que ni oui ni non, il ne connais pas. A ce moment il fait preuve d'une ouverture remarquable... j'y donne le 1er concert 1 mois après avec Olivier De Pape, un vrai guitariste Bop, quelques semaines plus tard une programmation est lancée. M'ont soutenus dans ma démarche et sont venus nombre d'excellents musiciens, j'en cite quelques uns: Olivier Carole, Manu Birault, Alban Darche, Pierrick Menuau, Jean-Marc Herbreteau, Fabien Eckert, Ronan Hilaireau, Jean-Louis Pommier, Christophe Lavergne, Christian D'Asfeld, Stéphane Galland, Magic Malik, Jean-Luc Lehr, Maxime Zampieri, Josef Dumoulin, Sanne Van Hek, Chander Sardjoe, Denis Guivarc'h, J-F Adamo,...
