That is a statue of Meriwether Lewis in St. Louis. the Midwest has had a lot of rainfall causing flooding. This is the Mississippi and i believe that is usually not covered. Thats a heck of a lot of rainfall! That statue must be 15 feet!
We did drive by the Jake and i was sorry to see that is now called Progressive. What a bummer, but it was cool to see.
