PRESS RELEASE: (Port Washington, New York) October 10th, 2007 – KOCH Entertainment Distribution announced today that is has expanded its physical and digital distribution roster with the signing of Echo-Vista Music Group. “We are delighted to welcome this label to KOCH’s family of distributed labels,” commented Michael Rosenberg, President of KOCH Entertainment Distribution. “KOCH’s integrated physical and digital distribution services are second-to-none offering independent labels and artists the best of both worlds under one roof.” First established in London by Jeffrey Collins in the 70’s, Echo-Vista Music Group would move its operations to New Jersey in 1985 before making its home in Florida in 2003. The Echo-Vista Sounds & Dancefloor record labels, known mainly for its underground 12” hip hop and R&B releases and large catalog of Reggae, Jazz & House Music, will be releasing new albums by KRS-ONE, AHMIR, MARCUS ALLEN, DON CONNOR and English rap group, NO-X-CUSE in the near future. Solo albums by R&B/Soul recording artists "EURICKA" and "CALVIN RICHARDSON" are currently being completed for possible release in early 2008. The ECHO-VISTA label recently released a remake of "On My Own" featuring both artists. EURICKA is scheduled to host an upcoming music variety show "What Women Want After Dark" in New York. All of the label’s physical albums will be distributed through KOCH in North America and will be made available through KOCH’s digital distribution for the world. KOCH Entertainment, founded in 1987 and now in its twentieth year, is the leading and fastest-growing independent music company in the U.S. KOCH's operations encompass record and video labels as well as distribution companies in the U.S. and Canada.
