Double Door Dirtroom Delight

So last night I played at the Double Door in Wicker park with Actor/Model and my dear friends Cobalt and the Hired Guns (both of whom rocked the house.) It was amazing to play there and AMAZING to be surrounded by so many lovey lovely people. Thank you so much to everyone who came out and made the evening. Particularly thank you to Colbalt and the Hired Guns for inviting me to be a part of their residency at the DD and for rocking so hard; and of course to Pegah and Cassie for coming in from Ohio and New Orleans!! Holy crap!
And now, it is bedtime for me, as my internal clock has officially been funktified... Oh to be young.

Many thanks once again to Miss Kat Fitzgerald for asking me to play Monday night at Magnolia Cafe for the 1 year anniversary party of her Labrys House Concerts! The evening was a benefit concert for the LCCP of Chicago. I had a great time, and was happy to be performing again, after months of traveling around with an injured guitar. And Magnolia Cafe is the coziest of cozy places to be when the temperature drops into single digits. Hooray!
