.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .... .... ..BIOGRAPHY:...... The first steps were around the mid-eighties when the young Györemix! has heard some old school rap song on the radio. He also was influenced by the films "Breakin'" & "Breakdance 2: Electric Boogaloo" and started practicing Poppin', Waves & Robot moves. Ice-T, who played an MC in the film inspired him to start MCing. After a couple of years he watched "Beat Street" and that was the point when he began making graffiti on the wall in his neighborhood, Pécel and Budapest area... .. He founded his first band, Scratchmaster Force in 1990 with two of his friends (Frool BC and Simon Sampler). The band has reduced to 2 members when they changed the name to P.M.One!. Györemix! started to get into scratching and DJ-ing when he borrowed an Akai Direct Drive turntables and a Q-tek DJ 6500 mixer+Technics SL-1210 MK II from his friends (Lángi 'DJ Ella' Attila & Orosz 'Frool BC' Attila). Meanwhile he became a real vinyl-junkie due to Yo! MTV Raps. His nearly 8.000-piece hip-hop vinyl & CD collection is the proof of his mania... .. In his technical college years he was practicing mixing on school parties. Later, as a vet he organized parties at his hometown, Pécel in 1992. He made his first party-series with Frool BC in a famous club of Budapest, named E-Klub in the summer of '93. The real breakthrough was a year later in a downtown club (Picasso Point). With the appearance of the cream of the Hungarian underground his parties became historical in the country's musical life. The doors opened up to the nationwide fame in 1995 with Syndicate Hip Hop shop, where Györemix was the seller. From that time he has been performing in different cities and towns... .. At the rise of the new century he was a radio DJ for 4 years. (Check Da Clique!/ Pararadio.net, RockSteady Beat 98.6), then he tasted VJ-ing (Hiphop Vákum/ Fix.tv). He was editor in chief of Raplife magazine, but he also publicated in severel other mags too, like Beatbox, Backside, Offline and High Press... ..
