We will take you back in time in presenting these tunes in the style that Hank wrote them. You will experience the look and the sound of Hank Williams as he performed in 1951.   You will hear the "Drifting Cowboy" sound that backed Hank, complete with the doghouse bass and honky-tonk guitar, steel and fiddle that so much defined the music of that era.  .. .... .... ..In addition to the authentic sound, Hank's clothing for the tribute is an original creation by Manuel that was made especially for this project.  Manuel was a young clothier working for Nudie’s Rodeo Tailors of Hollywood and also happened to be married to Nudie Cohen’s daughter and worked on all the original Hank Williams Sr. Nudie suits....... .. ....Jim Paul Blair-Hank Williams Sr., Rhythm Guitar...... .. ....Virgil Bonham-Lead Guitar...... .. ....Clifford Parrett-Doghouse Bass...... .. ....Cory Wyatt-Drums...... .. ....Mickey Flatt – Steel Guitar...... .. .. Jim recently appeared as Hank in Muskogee Little Theatre’s production of “Hank Williams: Lost Highway”, setting attendance records while playing to standing room only crowds for eight consecutive shows.  “Lost Highway” was attended by such notable artists as Byron Berline, Tommy Allsup, John Wooley, and Chick Raines.  Oklahoma City based City Moon has traveled the country and Europe twice performing their style of original and classic country music for over twenty years.
