    An acoustic guitar with open chords. A bright beautiful voice with open expression. Between crystal clarity and breath steamed glass. An open face with clever eyes. Between blue melancholy and uninhibited happiness. Poetic lyrics with open ending. Between pain, sadness and defiance (TIP Magazine, Berlin). As a teenager Jenny Weisgerber wrote her first songs on guitar and piano and began to make herself known at various open-mike sessions in Berlin. Her first album, "When Worlds Collide", was well received by German and international press (Rolling Stone, Visions, Akustik Gitarre). Her live performances have won her first place in the Emergenza Acoustic competition Germany and the Berliner Jugendkulturfestival and she has performed concert tours throughout Europe. Currently she is promoting her new EP "Ambitious Love" which will be officially released in 2010 and has been touring in Europe with Barclay James Harvest. She is now working on her third record.

    I love all kinds of music, as long as it's good ;-) i.e. classical music, pop, world music, rock, folk, punk, jazz, roots etc. etc. The world is full of inspirations. I try to keep my ears open for new things!
