    Maniac Address is a solo project I started 2 years ago, in Paris, France. I use only machines and my own voice to produce my sound, but yet intend to provide your ears with various ambiances and different shades of darkness. So, I don't know what category I fall into, ebm, industrial, dark-electro, synthpop, darkwave, aggrotech... All of them, or none of them, it's not the point. The point is that beyond musical influences, my music shall be driven by a high level of sadness, sorrow and lost of faith in the human race. As far as music can be significant, mine is based on the idea that, in a world ruled by maniacs who took power by the mean of violence or treachery, there is very little hope for our sweetest feelings, for anything that once was pure innocence. Every emotion we should be proud to stand for together is meant to disappear on the long run, shattered by the attrition of some hatred-driven conflict, flooded out forever under someone else's short term greed, or just dispersed by the coldest winter wind...

    Plenty of artists in various genres always influence my work... the following are probably the most obvious : In strict Confidence, Assemblage 23, L'Ame Immortelle, Blutengel, Combichrist, Front Line Assembly, Lights of Euphoria, Mind in a box, Neurotic Fish ,Astral Projection, SITD, Suicide Commando, Underworld, Aesthetic perfection, VNV nation, Frozen Plasma... But there are also subtle influences of NIN, smashing pumpkins, In flames, Cure, various neo metal acts...
