Hi Everyone,
It’s been a little while since I’ve dropped a note to you all. Well 2008 is really shaping up to be a great year. It’s been a refreshing time in my life, as most of you now I have a great team around me now. For those wondering - I can be now contacted threw my guys Joe & Stephen.
Joe is looking after all enquiries regarding Music Appearances, he can be contacted via email at joe@goodremmanagement.com - and it’s now I would publicly like to thank Joe for all his help with all my amazing outfits that he has organised for me in past few months. He’s an amazing guy and is always there to pull it all together. He is there at every gig and I thank you for your love and support.
Then there’s Stephen, my wonderful new acting agent from Bennett Artist Management www.artistmanagement.com.au . He said we would kick goals and we are. His belief in me is endless and as deep as the ocean and I know he will go to the ends of the earth to get it all happening again. He also comes to my gigs and is there when I need anything. To work with Joe and Steve now, has been refreshing, revitalsing and amazingly inspiring for me. To have two guys in the industry behind my 150% helping bring everything to a new beginning and one that is filled with support, direction and encouragement is so awesome.
Myspace and Facebook are certainly bringing the world a lot closer and it gives me the chance to stay in touch with you all at the drop of a hat. Though things are getting busy, please know that I will always have updates, sneak peaks and exlusives available for both my Myspace and Facebook fans.
Now let’s talk about he work.
1) Performances - Fair Day, Australia Day, Brisbane’s Big Gay Day, Hair Fashion Awards and a Nova Party were all amazing events and it was SOOOOOOOO good being out in front of you all again. So many of you came and said hello and it means so much to me to know you have been there for me. 2) The Music - I’m so excited as April 5th sees the release of my new single with the great Nick Skitz. It’s a fantastic new single remake of Transvision Vamps - I WANT YOUR LOVE. Go and buy the single, there are some pretty cool remixes for all of you out there. Also, I’m very happy to let you know that later this year I will be working on a new Album and I promise you all will here about it first.
3) Acting - March 28th sees my BACK ON SET!!!!!......Guys this is going to be fun and fantastic show. It’s called Couriers, written by Paul Fenech from "FAT PIZZA" fame. I have a fun role and my character is called Melissa - so at least you’ll know who I am....hehe. The show is going to be a lot of fun and you’ll see me popping up in the episodes here and there. I’ll be giving you guys some updates from the set to keep you in the loop. I’m also shooting a Pilot for a new TV SERIES shooting in June and that we of course all hope will go on to be picked up a network, so fingers crossed.
Ok......well huge thanks to my stylist, hairdresser and management for making 2008 a fresh and exciting one.
