nicky quick is joe nickerson, composer, multi-instrumentalist and teacher.. some of the music here is from the late 80s and early 90s.. newer pieces are also to be found including my latest works using reason 4.. Klangtasten for piano solo and Klangfarben I - V, a modern chamber symphony.. I would like to mention my favorite composers as a guide to my own music.. pierre boulez, elliott carter, gyorgi ligeti.. even if you don't enjoy or understand this kind of musical language, i recommend you listen.. it's good for the soul to break free of the constrictions of convention and the prison of nostalgia.. a bientot :-)
