    Originally from Syracuse, NY, Randy is a Graduate of the The New England Conservatory with a Bachelor degree in Jazz Performance. Currently working with Blue Man Group - Boston. Although his playing is rooted in modern jazz, his most notable work has been with his own groups Gill Aharon Trio, Stretch, House Limbo, The Daddys, The Rockett Band, Zig Zag Zen, Arcoda, as well as his recent performances with the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra in Los Angeles, and National and International touring with Five Star Loser. Boston Based, Randy has performed with such artists as Christian McBride, Chris Potter, Slide Hampton, Doc Severinson, Burt Bacharach, Kenny Wheeler, Danilo Perez, Tom Scott, Mick Goodrich and George Garzone. He has also performed opposite, Ziggy Marley, Train, The Meters, Henry Rollins, Los Lobos, The Roots, The Samples, Jimmy Cliff, Corey Glover, Dave Davis, The Radiators, Soulive, and many others. He has worked and/or studied with such names as Gary Chaffee, Bob Moses, Danilo Perez, Cecil McBee, George Russell, Peter Erskine, Harold Jones, Alan Dawson, Steve Houghton, Greg Fields, to name a few. Also occasional performances with Boston musicians, Sam Kininger, Timo Shanko, Cheetara and old time band mate Johnny Trama. ..
