Began studying Percussion and Timpani with Mr. Alon Bor â€“ head of the percussion section of the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1989 began playing with the Young israeli Philharmonic Orchestra as head of the percussion section and a year later began playing as a substitute with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra and the Jerusalem Symphonic Orchestra under the direction of Zubin Mahata, Kurt Mazor, Daniel Barenboim and many more. In 1995 received an academic scholarship for the high academy of music in Copenhagen with professor Beny Lyllof. Later on moved to Berlin where studied with Riener Seegars â€“ the first timpanist of the Berlin Philharmonic. Stayed in Germany for seven years while playing with different orchestras and contemporary music ensembles. In 2000 played timpani with the Israeli-Camerata-Jerusalem and Later on moved to New york and where exposed to afro-cuban music and to the world of jazz. When returned to Israel began working on his own original music combining elements from classical, jazz and middle-eastern music.
