She created REGAN PLANET, today a developing web portal but tomorrow a destination for young kids to shift negative surroundings and empower change through music, fashion, environmental issues, and just a sense of helping others. Even though Regan is only eighteen years old from a small Iowa town, she has been through many tough times such as loss, mean girls, tough decisions, being the new girl, boy troubles, lack of support/belief, and the uneasiness of the future. .... As a young child, she discovered the arts and jumped head first into vocal lessons, school plays, vocal competitions, music theory classes, choir, musicals, and now recording. Her musical journey recently landed her in Hollywood as she was hand-selected to be part of a new artist development webisode series, “CRASH COURSE to STARDOM,” based on the strength of her demo, “Superstar.” Regan is currently working with A-List talent makers including vocal coach Doc Holliday (Brittney Spears, Brandy), producer Rob Hoffman (Christina Aguilera, Michael Jackson), producer Dave Aude (Pussy Cat Dolls), and others. Additionally, Regan is in intense workshops with coach Kamilah Barrett (Made, So You Think You Can Dance) to provide the finishing touches surrounding stage presence and dance. .... Her album in progress blends catchy pop/rock melodies ranging from the sweet strums of Taylor Swift to the edgy anthems of Kelly Clarkson. The different sides of Regan shine through in each track lighting a fire in the hearts of young girls. Each song is crafted with positive vibes, easy-to-identify-with lyrics, and themes stretching from young love, positive attitudes, boy drama, and dreams of stardom. .... “I turned to music to help me through different times in my life and I hope my songs can do the same for someone else.” Just one listen to "My Kinda Beautiful" can help anyone realize that true beauty lies within. Sick of Boys is an anthem for any girl with boy issues, while "Perfect Shade of You" focuses in on the feelings young love can bring- some you can't even put into words.
