About me:

It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"-? Silence is golden.I got into the punk scene in the late 80s and saw a bunch of bands,put out 7inch records of punk bands that were friends and that led to me doing shows locally and later joined Twelve Blades as bassist.We played live a bunch and one show we had no drummer and we were booked to play live so we did an experimental noise set as Dead.The Butler House was emo punk and consisted of me on bass,Lauren from Twelve Blades on guitar and the singer and drummer of Houston hardcore band UYUS.The previous 2 bands were 1-off deals. Stay there Lassie was a very outre rock/pop(?)and I was keyboards or some such thing.We played live a bit and had fun.That band dissolved and turned into Klaus Barbie.It was ok.We did some songs and played a few shows.We tired of performing songs so we did interesting experimental things.One time we put guitar amps in a circle and ground our guitars into the speakers delivering beutiful feedback.It was great but the audience didn't agree.Oh well.This band didn't go well.I had angry words with a dear friend,quit the band and was depressed for a long while.Council of Trent started as experimental noise and evolved into oddly soothing and strange soundscapes and unfun apocalyptic folk and I was keyboards.Ghost Group was/is me,my instruments,and a 4-track,now an 8-track.It's more like a combination of what I've done in the past,I guess. I'm sort of a loner.Always have been.We'll see what happens now.Maybe something.Maybe nothing. Rockon.......After a personal tragedy I'm doing ghost group recordings after a long silence and considering playing live again.Am I too old?Who cares...........
