Just a lickle update.
At Bleeps towers, in the adjoining offices, the Drum dept. has just returned.
Paul has been drum teching for The Specials... yep, The Specials. Following the last year and half of touring the van has parked up for awhile. In short, he has apparently, had a fecking amazing time.
The album is reaching conclusion, which has worked out fine, as these are weird times in the 'industry' and retrospectively an apt time to 'relax' on affairs and try to remember the point and enjoyment of it all. There is growing excitement regarding the results of the album. Three years of weekending in Hoxton had to be worth something (:
Paul has been 'filling' in for Step 13, a london based Drum n bass band, and just played the old anti racism finsbury park festival, Uprise. Remy has been making waves in the media nucleus and our engineer is about to have a baby... any minute... now.
We have exciting plans for 2011, and we are feeling the small tingle of anxiety in the back of our throats, and the base of our spines already. There will of course be notice given
