    .. .. ......Young Lovers are breaking up!! They were an explosive London based four-piece. They played fast, energetic, hard rock, glam, pop 'n' roll....... ......Then......... ..Jon, ..guitarist.., met John, ..Drums.., backstage at a Leeds Festival back in 2002 whilst in separate bands adjacent on the bill. Their alliance was cemented by an ill advised stage invasion and subsequent scuffle with security later that day. Five years, numerous bands and a relocation later, they decided to form a band together and set about recruiting the other members... .. After a healthy response to the numerous crude advertisements they chose to audition two teenage girls who had discarded reasonable caution and replied via the Internet. On Vocals, was the purple haired and classically trained chorister, Bryony. On Bass duties was the then beginner, Jess. The pair, aced their auditions (screaming the place down and mounting the bass drum respectively) and joined the gang. .. ......The Idea......... ..The plan, as discussed at their first meeting, was to make music with ENERGY. Nothing that drags, nothing 'rinky tinky'. Classic, but, not regressive. Music that you could stand on stage, with a devilish gleam in your eye, knowing the crowd would soon be bouncing off the walls. Music that's loud and fast... ......Now......... .. ..Young Lovers are now working on other projects. Stay tuned!..... ......Young Lovers T-Shirts!!! .. Available Now!!!...... .... ....
